School Assembly PresentationsWilliam Shakespeare is generally accepted as the greatest of all English speaking playwrights. At some level of education from elementary school through college, students are exposed to his plays as history lessons, as literature and, of course, as a basis for all acting students. Most schools cannot attempt to tackle a full-scale Shakespearian production and often Shakespeare isn't attempted until students reach high school. Gerould Creative believes young people can develop an interest in and an appreciation of Shakespeare's writing if exposed to it in the right way and through the talent of capable performers. To this end, Gerould Creative has developed a production called, "Much Ado About Shakespeare" that uses both narration and performance to introduce young audiences to the plays of William Shakespeare. This production can be made available, at reasonable cost, to schools for assembly programs and classroom presentations.
